Housing description:
Based on 2 people occupancy in one room. $480per month per person. If it’s 3 people then $460 per month per person.
They will have separate beds. Bathroom, toilet, toilet paper, sink, fridge, microwave, free WiFi, HD TV, iron & ironin board and wash cloths and towels and soap and shampoo. Can use instant pot to cook in room and we will provide it. Cooking can only happen in an instant pot.
No transportation is required since it's at the property itself and the railway and bus station are just a 5 minute walk away from us. Grocery and lots of eating places are walking distance. The mall is just 2 miles away.
Additional info:
The job will be cleaning rooms and setting up per motel standards, we expect a 2 week learning/ramp up period after that, the candidates should be able to clean each room in 25-30 minutes max.
Dress code:
Anything presentable. So covered shoes, a cap or hair net which we will provide. Full Pants or sweat pants, T-shirt or whatever top that’s presentable and an apron which we will provide.
