Housing and transportation to work is available - sometimes we drive the workers to work or catch the bus or get together and buy their own car. We have very good living conditions for our workers and we want them to always be near by the jobs and be able to have access to food and fun on their days off.

Our workers get hours as per request, we do not pay overtime, we work with schedule. Our locations are usually open from 9am to 9pm.
Until now most of our workers switched to 20-25 % commission
because if their sales are above $500 per day so therefore they prefer to take 20 - 25% commission instead of getting $8/hour. We can pay per hour or commission based salary, the higher of the two. Weight loss products sales.
