Position description: standing next to the kiosk (store), approach people that pass by you in the mall, demonstrate the product and make a sale. The products are really good and all of them have a great demonstration what makes the sell easier.
The salary is per hour and if the commission is higher the salary grow bigger, but you'll always get at least $7.25 minimum.
