Housing description:
Single bedroom with shared bath near the Inn. I will make arrangements once we choose the best candidate.
Additional info:
The duties will be split between simple maintenance projects like painting and lawn care (long work pants and t-shirt) and breakfast service (clean shirt with collar, long pants), also sometimes clean rooms and do laundry. We would like to study any offer you can make: 1 guy, 2 guys, 1 girl, guy and girl.
The important thing is that maintenance sometimes will require heavy work like putting 14 air conditioners in bedroom windows or lifting outdoor furniture and taking it up four floor to the sun deck, etc.
Of course, we can pay for someone else to do the heavy stuff but that would cut back on the exchange student's hours.
Dress code:
We will supply serving apron. As we are near the beach candidate should pack swim suit and shorts to wear outside the inn.
