Assist in the preparation and service of daily meals. Assist the Director-Chef with inventory and order management. Implement staff training in proper kitchen sanitation and cleaning guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Food Service Director-Chef with the preparation of high-quality, wholesome meals to exceed the expectations of our guests. Assure that meals are served on time and at correct temperatures. Supervise the kitchen and staff in the absence of the Director-Chef. Assure that proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed in the kitchen and dining room. Follow Pangea inventory and order management guidelines to ensure quality products and minimal waste.

- Prepare salads

- Prepare beverages from mixes
- Slice meats and cheeses using electric slicer
- Read and follow recipes

- Clean, sanitize, and organize work stations
Meal Service
- Buffet & family style presentation
