Housing description:
Four employees share a 110 square meter house located 2.75 kilometers from work. Two single occupancy rooms are available at $60/week. One shared room is available at $35/week. Utilities are included in the rent. Living room, dining area, and bedrooms are fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are provided. Employees will be responsible for consumables (such as toiletries) and linens (such as sheets & towels). The home has a double-wide driveway, deck, private yard, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and beach access. Transportation needs will be arranged.
Additional info:
Base rate is $7.40/hour. Required work dates are from 05/16/2011 to 09/06/2011. A $0.60/hour bonus check is awarded to employees who fulfill their contract. This is provided in the form of a lump sum check at the end of their contract. Base rate + bonus equates to $8.00/hour for the entire period of employment. Employees are required to work 40 hours per week. Overtime is frequently available but completely optional. As a seasonal resort gift shop, we do not pay more than $7.40/hour for overtime, as it is not required by law.
Dress code:
Employee shirts are provided at no cost. We ask only that these be worn with clothing that is comfortable, well-kept, and does not inhibit work responsibilities.
