pay is by the pound or percentage of catch usually pay is 7000 to 10000 per season depending on position of employee and catch of boat. I run a top notch operation and have first class boat and equipment. The hours are brutal and the work is hard. This job is for someone who is physically strong with a rock solid work ethic. I make most of my income during the 6 week season and cannot have somebody who will quit during season. Candidate for job must be able to see job through it is not easy at all.
