Housing description:
Housing is not prepared at this time. Town is 5 miles from the farm and there are rooms for rent there. Lets have a conversation about your housing needs before you disregard our position.
Additional info:
Farmer program position. We are expanding each year and this is our first invitation to students to come be part of our team. We have many things going on and you will not be bored. Farming does not stop because of the calendar.
Dress code:
We work in all conditions. Comfortable boots and clothes that can get dirty each day. Gloves, hat, water bottle, and anything you need to work outside in the sun all day. We work in the rain too so when needed rain gear is required. I have planted my glasses more than once. Jewelry should be to a minimum and any here should be non offensive to EVERYONE. We have customers here at The Farm from time to time. The field crew will be asked to deal with the customers if needed.
