The job is in Kantishna – (92 miles inside Denali National Park):
Lodge is located deep within the National Park and cannot be accessed easily. This requires employees to spend most of their time in the backcountry which does NOT allow them regular opportunities to visit shops, restaurants, park entrance attractions and activities. We need employees that enjoy nature, hiking, fishing, running, walking, photography…and being in a remote setting.
Employee will earn $0.25 per each regular hour worked, and $0.50 per each overtime hour worked.
Bonus will be paid at the end of the season.
Bonus will be forfeited if the employee is terminated or quit before the end of the season.
Housekeeper:
Responsible for cleaning guest cabins by changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming carpet, cleaning bathroom fixtures and replenishing supplies. Launder, iron, fold and stock linens.
Dishwasher/Prep Cook:
Responsible for washing all forms of dishes/pans, keeping kitchen clean, stocked and organized. Will assist in the preparation of meals as directed.
Day Lodge Coordinator:
Responsible for being knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the Lodge and dining room facilities, services and activities. The primary responsibility is assuring the highest quality of service to guests.

Responsible for being knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the Lodge and dining room facilities, services and activities and assuring quality services to guests.

We will provide three shirts for the uniform at no charge. If the employee wishes, extra shirts can be purchased at a reduced employee rate. Employee must have at least two Tan-Beige color pants. Conservative business casual. No jeans, t-shirts, shorts, sandals, cut-offs, etc. Hair must be trimmed and face well shaved (for men). No unnatural hair colors or visible piercing. Professional look. (Please refer to our Employee Handbook for a complete description of our dress code policy). Employees must keep a professional appearance during the entire season.
