Local companies make available
we have a few businesses in town that connect the students together for rooming, males with males, females with females. Usually they try to sync up same native languages too when possible. I bring them there, introduce them to the owners so they can help them. I work with them till they are satisfied with the housing they pick
Additional info:
Females are slightly preferred as we do changing of paper products in ladies bathrooms and locker rooms at the resorts. However males are also fine as we have to move chairs at the pools, change light bulbs with a small ladder and the like.
Everything we do has been able to be done by both males and females.
