Housing description:
Gideon Properties owns and manages the properties that the staff will occupy.
A female housekeeper will be housed in room alone. The male workers will share a room. It will contain cooking facilities and be within a few miles of the job site.
Male housekeeper/construction/maintenance workers will be housed together in a 1 bedroom apartment. It will contain cooking facilities and be within a few miles of the job site.

English proficiency is desired.
Construction worker who is skilled in restoring metal windows, scraping paint and painting is preferred. $10/ hour
A maintenance worker who is skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall, plaster, carpentry is preferred. $8/hour
We do not mind hiring groups of friends, couples and are flexible with working dates. Housing will appropriately accommodate workers according to their relationships.
