Our company sells hair straightners, hair dryers, and some hair care.
We have two locations that we hire staff for, a mall in Mesa, AZ and a mall in Tempe, AZ. Wage structure: $7.00Hour, and if more than 40 hours than overtime, or commission (the higher of the two). Commission's structure: 0$-500$/Day - 20% from sales, 500$+/Day - 25% (on everything from 500 and up).
We welcome applicants with good English and assertive personality. We expect that you like to interact with people and can be polite in any situation. We will train you upon arrival and provide all the information you need to have success as a sales person. You will have one day off per week.
Dress code:
Clean and presentable. You are expected to be well presented, shaven, clean clothes, clean personal body including hair as well as nails, no excessive jewelry, nice shoes that are closed toed- close toed shoes only, no thongs and sandals allowed and no jeans.
