Wait staff: must have excellent English. Bus Person: helping wait staff and in the kitchen. Kitchen help: chop vegetables, kitchen cleaning, taking away garbage, etc. You will have one of these vacancies written in your job offer. In fact upon arrival we will put the students whose English is better to better positions. Wait staff and host staff are getting more in tips that's why if you have the best English and can work with our clients you will earn more. In fact any applicant should be ready for each kind of job in the restaurant. We also have full time workers and we usually use j1 students as additional staff.
