I can recommend housing in the area but because we are in the city there is a very wide range of rents, so there won't be any problems with that.
Additional info:
Age 21+ only. The work place and atmoshpere is very nice. We own three very nice pubs and inns as well. The pay for cocktail servers is $4.95 plus tips and all three venues are high volume locations so tips are considerable. Most of the shifts are 6pm - 2am. No specific skills required as long as you can speak good English and be communicative. The job is for extraverts, and friendly personalities.
