Housing is on site with meals included for $300 per month.
Sharing a room with 1-2 other person(s) of the same sex and usually sharing a bathroom between two rooms. Twin bed provide with bedding.

Our dishwashers’ main duties include dishes for ranch meals. Breakfast dishes are done individually, lunch and dinner have two people helping each other. Other duties include prep cooking, kitchen cleaning, evening activities (Dancing, hayrides, carnival, talent show), working with kids from time to time and other duties as assigned. Our employees get 1.5 - 2 days off and usually 3 evenings throughout the week.
Salary is $8.50/hour plus gratuities. Additional gratuities are a large portion of what folks make for the summer and this position paid between $10 000-$12 000 including tips and wages(before taxes were taken out) for the 3.5 month span the past two years.
You can also enjoy the ranch amenities in your time off (swimming pool, hot tub, riding program, mountain biking, hiking, rafting etc).
Dress code:
We require nice jeans and a clean shirt. We do provide a few work polo shirts and can always help folks find western cloths (to borrow for the summer) for evening entertainment and nicer occasions. Tennis shoes are fine for working and cowboy boots for nicer meals etc.
