The first priority is the cleaning of the rooms and if there is time and they want to work, they can rake the garden, water flowers, etc.
Experience in housekeeping is a great plus.
Work is usually between 10:00AM to 3:00pm so they will have time to find the second job if needed.
Dress code:
Shorts are fine, as long as everything important is covered!
Sneakers, not sandals.
Shirt with sleeves (short sleeves fine).
Long hair pulled back in ponytail.
