Housing description:
the offer for rent in lieu of overnight coverage and the hourly rate is $10.00/hr. I have a live in staff and the student will augment the coverage. It's nothing usually, just in case emergency basis.

English ( nearly fluent), work experience in hospitality/restaurant, 21 or over and recent work references. Position is for Houseperson and housing is in exchange for overnight coverage or $100.00 per week if that option is not chosen. The position starts at $9.00 per hour. We are 35 miles from NYCity with good public transportation available.
