I prefer someone who has some cooking experience, preferably Thai cuisine, male or female. The applicant will also perform other kitchen duties - prep, cleaning, etc. A male candidate would be ideal since there will be physical activities involved - lifting, carrying, etc. If a female applicant is willing and able to perform these physical duties, that's fine with me - just so they know before applying.
