Additional info:
We give minimum 8$ an hour base but you have commission, that if you make good sales you, don't get the base but do get a higher pay then that.
I just want to note that the average 2 week salary here is actually 1500$ (750 a week).
That is an average of 16.6$ an hour!(if you count the breaks,and the fact that my employees currently work only 5 days a week)
the commission goes:
0-400$ sales= 25% of sales total to pocket.
400-1000= 30% of sales total to pocket.
1000-1500= 32%,
1500 $sales and beyond= 35%,
this is payed every two weeks.
Cleaning services in our area, payment around 10-12$ an hour, it will be between 4-6 working days a week.
If possible international drivers licenses are very helpful.
