Internship USA and Practical Training USA program

The main requirements to the participants and the duration of the program

Internship USA:

• 3-5 year student or graduates of not more than 1 year ago.
• Age: 18-28 years.
• Duration of the program: 6-12 months.

Practical Training USA:

• Graduates with experience in the specialty for at least 1 year.
• Age: 20-38 years.
• Duration of the program: 6-12 months.

Requirements to the employer:

• Annual revenue: ≥ $ 3 million.
• Staff: ≥ 25 people.
• The presence of EIN, Worker's Comp Policy, Business License

These are the basic requirements for the employer. Depending on the sponsor of the program, specialty and training plan allowed some deviations from these requirements.

• DS-7002 – Training Plan
• Host Company Agreement

Also, if necessary, provided with copies of:

• EIN - Employer Identification Number
• WC - Worker's Comp Policy
• BL - Business License
