  1. I am a student (group of students). How can I order a job offer from you?
    Individual student or group of students can benefit from our services on registration of job offers through representatives of Work and Travel USA agencies, read more here.

  2. What are the guaranties?
    Rendering of services in the field of registration of job offer is carried out on the basis of the law, text is available here.

  3. How to get started?
    To get started you will need to:
    - register on our website,
    - sign a partnership agreement,
    - transfer money to your account in the system,
    - fill in the CV for your students,
    - apply for job ids that your students like.

  4. How to transfer money to my account?
    You can create an invoice in the site section "Balance replenishment". You just Enter The Amount, Choose Payment Method: Wire transfer and push the button "Continue" and push the next button "Get the invoice". The best way, its to go to the bank office and ask them to make a transfer using account details as stated in the invoice. They know how to use it. The transfer will be entered in your system account right after the receipt of funds to the settlement account of our organization. It normally takes from 2 to 5 days for the transfer to be delivered.

  5. What sum of money do I have to transfer?
    It’s only you who must decide what sum to transfer to your system account. The minimum amount to transfer - the cost of one job offer. During submission of the application the respective sum will be blocked on the account and it will be written off after job offer is received, but if the job offer is not approved or the employer refuses to hire the nominee – the sum will be returned to your account and so on. Unexpended part of funds can be returned to you, for example, after your season will be finished, or can be forwarded for the next season, depending on your choice.

  6. What is Free search?
    Free search - is a job placement with the use of the student’s desires concerning the future place of work. These desires are mentioned in the student’s resume. The students’ resumes thereat are placed in the free access directory. The employers and the coordinators are offering their vacancies to the candidates. Read more.

  7. Can we count on some sort of discount, if we order 3, 5,10 …1000 job offer?
    The discount for all our partner-agencies is already included into the final price of job offers. This discount is the difference between services for individuals and those who came to us by means of the agency. The price formation is published on our website and is common for all the representatives of any agencies. Additional discounts for the quantity of job offers, deadline applications etc. are not provided.

  8. We would like to buy a number of job offers from you . How do we do this?
    To have job offer for you students all set, you need to send us application for every one of your students with the number of the vacancy he/she applies to. This should be done according to the rules published on the main page of our website and also on the page with the information about general application process and application process for representatives of agencies.

  9. Is it possible to buy a certain number of job offers from you, which will be later filled in by us with the name of students we have?
    The final decision about hiring a student is always employer’s one. Employer also fills in all the employment agreements for the students he/she intends to hire. Accordingly, it’s impossible to buy any job offers from us and fill them in with the name of the students you have, as soon as we just don’t write anything in the job offers and don’t have any influence on the employer when he fills in all necessary fields.

  10. Can we book certain vacancies for our students?
    Registration of all demands go according to the “first came – first served” principle. That means that such thing as “booking vacancies in advance” does not exist. In other words, if there is a complete demand on the vacancy from you, we start our work on it. All available vacancies can be seen in the Job offers section of our website.

  11. Our students are set for the phone interview. In your manual in is said that students should call their future employer. Is it possible that employer calls his/her students?
    We are categorically against any “employer calls student” forms of interview and we are insistently asking you to listen to all our recommendations. The form of interview that is suggested by us is the most effective one and checked by previous applicants many times. Please believe our experience and follow the instructions, in this case you students will cope with all the phone interview well.

  12. Is it possible to change the name of the student in the job offer, if originally meant student is not able to use it?
    Employers’ decision to hire students is based on the information given in their resume or according to the results of the phone interview. That’s why employer is waiting for students he had interview with or whose resume he had seen. It goes without saying that changing the name of student in the filled in job offer blank is impossible. In order to have another student at the same vacancy, you need to send us the whole new demand for a new job offer.

  13. The student hasn’t received visa. Can we replace him with another student?
    We are not responsible for visa receiving by the students. Nevertheless, you will have a priority right to submit an application for the vacant place, but thereat you must consider that this will be a new application, which will be additionally charged in case if the new student will be placed in job.

  15. The student has not received a visa. Can we get any refund?
    We refund %50 of the price for job offer if the student doesn’t get visa. Please provide the following documents, which prove the refusal of the Embassy to issue a visa:
    1. You must send an email to appropriate coordinator (+ copy to support@jobofer.ru) with color scan / copy photos in high resolution of the following documents:
      - A letter of visa denial from the Embassy / Consulate.
      - Form DS-2019
    2. The letter from the consul. On the top of this latter the student must write their name, date and signature.
    3. When we get all these documents, 50% of the price for job offer will be returned to your account.
    4. This funds can be used for applying new students this or next season or can be refunded.
    5. Please provide these documents no later than June 30, otherwise you will not get refund.

  16. Can we contact your employers directly?
    Only the student who has been hired and who's got a job offer from an employer and the student's sponsor that call employers for students' confirmation can contact the employer directly. If agencies, their representatives or employees have questions on any issue regarding students and their employers they should contact us. If you call or write our employers or attempt to get in contact with them in any other possible way trying to bypass us under any pretext we will be forced to cease our cooperation.
