Housing description:
we provide housing. We require US $100.00 room deposit from all employees, which is 100% refunded to you if you complete your contract with us.
Also $25.00 weekly to be paid for housing accommodations. We have a mobile bunkhouse (caravan) that sleeps 10 - 12 employees. In the bunkhouse rooms are divided off into single and double beds. There are two shower rooms and two microwaves available for employees to share. We may also provide motel rooms from time to time at no additional charge.

We hired enough students from China, we ask to apply students from other counties.
Our company is based out of Indiana and we travel to Ohio, Minnesota and Texas. We offer a bonus for our employees who work out their commitment with us and who have also done a satisfactory job. We require all employees to pass a drug test and we provide all transportation from one job site to another, along with trips to shop and to laundry services,etc. We have had great success when it comes to hiring students with J1 visas as many of our students have returned for their second summer with us and several have went on to refer their friends to our company. We are excited to do business with you this summer!
This year, to all students who work out their contracts with our company we will reimburse 100% of their housing money. We are also offering a BONUS PROGRAM. This is to encourage our employees to do their best and take their job seriously by giving their all and helping us to maintain the quality of workmanship we have built for our company. We pride ourselves on the people we hire and that has made our company what it is today. Additionally all employees must take and pass a drug test.
Dress code:
The dress should be neat and clean. We will provide uniform shirts to all employees that must be tucked into your pants at all times but, you are responsible for purchasing the shorts/pants that you want to wear in the approved color. Shoes need to be similar to gym shoes or any other closed toe shoe you may prefer, NO sandals allowed. Hair should be neat and clean and men must be clean shaved everyday. NO facial piercings.
