Housing description:
We have a Heated All Weather Wall tent. It has a Wood floor, covered by rugs, heater, electricity, 3 twin beds, shelves, Refrigerator, TV, VCR, DVD. It sleeps 3 but this year it might only have 1 person in it. The bathroom and shower is in the laundry room about 50 ft away for wall tent. Food provided are breakfast and Lunch. Dinner we usually just snack. Meals are available between the hours of 8am to 9pm employees fix their own meals we just supply the food. Employees have access to laundry after housekeeping is done until 9 pm. We live about 5 miles from the small town of Healy. I do have a bike that may be used by whoever works here.

I would like a person that can speak and hold a conversation in English. This is very important. The person needs a cheery attitude and personality, an eye for detail and is a hard worker. The people who work for me are not just numbers. I want them to be a part of a team that is working to provide the overnight accommodations for our quests. I have had workers from Poland, Bulgaria and Russia and I still keep in contact with them by email. Maybe in the 30 degree area but the days usually warm up to the 50 to 60. Summers should be in the 70's to 80's. Many of the workers do want a second or third job. If you want a second job that is fine by me, as long as the work that needs to be done here is finished first. Students will have to find their own transportation to get back and forth to second job. Like I mentioned above, we do have a bike that may be used. We do live about 5 to 6 miles from Healy and many young people feel it is to far away to bike to. I just want to let you know from the start so there are no surprises. My niece, nephew and the three young people that I talked about a minute ago all new about the distants to Healy and didn't mind riding the bike back and forth.
Dress code:
No visible piercing. Needs to be well groom in body and dress. Hair must be neat and clean. No spiked or dreds. No off colors like pink, purple, green. clothing must be discreet and cover your body appropriately. Good soft sole shoes. provided your own pants in tan, black or jeans. No holes in clothing. 2 Shirts will be provided to wear while on duty.
