The employee gets minimum wage per hour or 25% commission which one is higher
the work in sale its not easy so preferration is given to students with experience and with a good English.
We also teach them here how to sale and how to demonstrate the products.
Dress code:
women - solid black pants and top. men - black dress pants, solid color dress shirt and dress shoes. salesperson must be clean tidy and presentable.
