Salary depends on which jobs students would get. There would be training periods so the students could learn how to do the job and they are normally paid at least the minimum wage of $7.25 per hour. However if It is someone training to be a cook and has experience then they would train at $9.00 per hour and then jump up in pay as quickly as they are learning.
Waiters are paid $7.25 while training and then when they can work on their own they go to $2.13 per hour but they make about 20% of their sales amount for tips.
Both men and women can do anything here at this store - but there is some heavy lifting as cook or busser so those are mostly filled by men.
