Housing description:
All international students must live in PPM housing while employed by PPM.
Housing Description:
o 4-6 employees per 2-3 bedroom apartments
o Apartments are partially furnished and include all kitchen appliances necessary to prepare meals (food and kitchen ware such as pots, pans, silverware etc. is not provided by PPM)
o Utilities: Local phone service, wireless internet, water, and electric (A reasonable cost of utilities is included in weekly housing cost). Excessive utilities’ cost may be deducted from the security deposit
o Employees need to provide their own linens and toiletries
Housing Deposit: $225 can be paid upon arrival or payroll deducted ($200 is refundable at the end of the season if the apartment is left in good condition as determined by the managing company and PPM. The students in each apartment are responsible for the damages as a group.)
