Housing description:
2, 4 students per apartment. Housing cost includes utilities. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, housing is walking distance to supermarket. Linens/towels NOT provided. Apts have microwave, telephone, television, internet access, laundry access, exercise facilities, kitchen supplies. Housing distance to work: around 10 min at most. Transportation to work: students will be provided with a car.

Malls are located in Valencia, CA which is LA area. We work in major shopping centers selling high quality cosmetics in which our customers expect knowledgeable and presentable staff. Normal trading hours are between 10 am to 9 pm, Sunday is usually 12 am to 6:00 pm. Students work 5.5 days a week (include Sunday) and have 1 day off. When students arrive they will receive 70 hours of training.
Skills required: strong English skills, outgoing, assertive personality. Must like to interact with customers and have the ability to be persuasive in a selling situation.
Commission Structure: Student will receive 20% commission when they reach weekly sales of 3,000 USD and 25% commission when they reach weekly sales of 4,000 USD. Should a student not receive enough commission to reach minimum wage, the
student will be compensated for minimum wage which is $280/week. Students need to have sales at least 2,000$ a week. Overtime is available and encouraged.
Dress code:
Clean and presentable. No Jeans. You are expected to be well presented, shaven, clean clothes, clean personal body including hair as well as nails, no excessive jewelry, nice shoes that are closed toed - close toed shoes only, no thongs and sandals allowed.
