Minimum wage for servers is $3? per hour, but as I said, tips make up most of their income, generally working out to $20+ per hour or more.
Other positions such as dishwasher and host have a minimum of $7-8 per hour. Hosts also receive some tips, $20-30 per shift. Cooks are more like 10-12 per hours. overtime is wage x 1.5.
Uniform charges are very minimal, less than $20 for servers. No charge for training, we train on the job and they get paid for training time. There are no other charges.
