Housing description:
We provide housing for them that is usually 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with not more than 3 people per bedroom. The rent price is $107 per week and is deducted from their paycheck. There is also the deposit charge of $200 for the whole summer (in case apartment is damaged) that is also deducted from their first 5 paychecks $40 each check.
Apartments are located not more than 6 miles from the pools that they would work at. Apartments are also fully furnished with real beds, bed sheets, night stands, lamps, sofa and coffee table, dinning table with chairs, all kitchen utensils.
We offer bike rental for total of $100 for the summer(also deducted over 5 checks).

We hire around students from all around the world for lifeguard position in Virginia, Maryland. Virginia - Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Falls Church, Woodbridge, Sterling, Manassas, Gainesville, Leesburg and Fredericksburg, few available positions in Maryland.
Duties generally include: safety of patrons, checking passes and some cleaning of the pool and sometimes toilets (depends on the pool). In order to be lifeguards they need to be certified through American Red Cross. The training takes 3 days and its not paid by employer. The cost of training varies (depending on the instructor conducting it) but the average is $250 to $300. We prefer that out lifeguards arrive trained because there is a chance that they cannot pass. There are specific requirements set by American Red Cross that you can see at their web site and are somewhat challenging.
The sponsor we currently work with is WISE but we are very open to working with all the other sponsors.
Dress code:
Uniform is ordered through us and costs $75 and it includes 3 t shirts, bathing suit, hip pack with first aid kit, CPR mask and a whistle (also deducted over 5 checks).
