The employer is searching for the students with basic understanding of English. That's all he needs. Some of the sponsors might not like this location due to lower season in the area. But in summer their other workers leave and they want to hire extra staff instead - 2 girls. There is actually an opportunity to stay there after the program, if anyone knows how to manage the visa issues etc. The main problem is to be approved by the sponsor. The employer will provide all documents such as workers comp and business license.
