Dishwashers: Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment and keep the dish room/area clean and organized. Load, run and unload the dish machine; monitor water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.. Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional/mechanical issues immediately. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware and maintain adequate level of clean tableware/kitchenware for restaurant. Handle all items carefully to minimize breakage. Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster according to schedule. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergent and cleaning supplies. Clean food prep and production areas. Other duties as assigned. No prior experience required. Must be able to : work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time; physically lift, reach, bend, stoop; work in a standing position for long periods of time; safely life bags/boxes/stacks, etc of up to 60 lbs regularly.
