We have a great employee house located right next to the hotel. It sleeps uo to 12ppl. Its has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large living and dining area.? Full service kitchen with two refridgerators. TV. Phone which can be set up at occupants expense.

The Inn is located near just about everything. Close to shopping about 5 miles, 1 mile to the college, 2 blocks to the beach. Public transportation is very affordable. We are an award winning hotel and have been for the past 19 years.? We are very particular about what our rooms look like and how they're cleaned.? Our work day starts at 9am ending at 5pm. We have an additional shift that starts at 3pm ending at 7:30pm. Cleaning guest rooms is physically demanding. We relate it to a low impact work-out.?You will be bending, reaching, lifting, pulling and pushing and using chemicals daily. We do have an incentive program for employees who exceed in productivity and consistency. Many students will search out alternate employment while working here and we do not object however, the Inn will be the priority job.?You must mantain employment to receive housing assistance. Due to the high volume of business we do in the summer all employees are required to work weekends and holidays; and vacations are prohibited unless we have an adequate number of employees. Each new employee will train for approx 2 weeks.

We provide uniforms free of charge, but do require a $25 deposit per uniform which is refundable and taken out over two pay periods.? Employees must be clean, hair pulled back, no facial piercings, no visible tatoos.? We do not provide shoes, but highly recommend sneakers.? No sandles or thongs will be allowed.? Shoes must be close-toed.
